Turbine Pre-Amplifiers

There are two variable reluctance turbine pre-amplifiers available.

The F106 is electrically compatibility the Spectra-Tek F106, providing support for older systems using S600, S500, 869 or Sentinel series flow computers. The signal levels and connections are identical.

For new installations, the ST106 is highly recommended. The ST106 has several improvements over the F106 including:


  • Operation from supply voltage of 12 V to 28V
  • A wider range of output types, allowing connection to any flow computer
  • An adjustable gain setting, so can also be used with helical turbine meters as well as conventional turbine
